14.4 Class Action Waiver
You and Taciturn Studios LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
14.5 Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and Taciturn Studios LLC waive any constitutional and statutory rights to sue in court and have a trial in front of a judge or a jury.
14.6 Exceptions to Arbitration
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.
