Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold on BodyBuildingProTips.com are digital downloads (PDF eBooks and guides). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
  • You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase
  • The product delivered was materially different from what was described on the sales page
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the file, and our support team was unable to resolve it

3. Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@bodybuildingprotips.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The product name and order/transaction ID
  • The reason for your refund request

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 48–72 hours, depending on your bank's processing time. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading the product
  • You failed to read the product description before purchasing
  • You purchased the wrong product (contact us first — we may offer an exchange)
  • The request is made after the 14-day refund window

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your account from future purchases. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues promptly.
